This generous villa, situated at the heart of this prestigious development, is colourfully decorated in Thai fabrics and artwork to compliment the solid wooden furniture and minimalist design. The rustic internal colours reflect the Asian feel while taking in the beautiful open views across the valley and down towards the coast. Offering several areas inside and outside for guests to gather, this villa is the perfect residence for larger groups of people to enjoy a holiday all under one roof.
The expanse of this villa, can be seen throughout the 6/7 bedrooms offering comfortable accommodation for up to 15 guests. With two living areas, a spacious balcony and outside sala perfect al fresco dining; plus an extensive sun deck surrounding the large infinity edge 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with feature sun bathing platform and Jacuzzi, there is plenty of room for all guests to relax and unwind while not imposing on each others personal space.
Accommodation comprises of 6 bedrooms (with an optional 7th bedroom or maid's room), all with en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king sized beds and 4 singles (bunk bed formation); and one room with twin single beds, therefore comfortably accommodating 14 people. The 7th bedroom is ideal for a maid or extra person as it has a single bed and en-suite bathroom.

* A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for each booking.
1. A deposit of 50% is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation.
2. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to travel.
3. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require payment in full.
4. Failure to remit deposit or the balance in a timely manner may result in cancellation and fiscal penalties.
Security Deposit Policy: A security deposit to cover possible damage or loss to the rental property will be taken by cash on arrival at the property. This will be used amendment fees for any extra services arranged, or to settle your final bill for the services payable local.
Insurance: There is no personal accident insurance associated with the villa so you are advised to make your own arrangements. The owners will therefore not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by guest during their stay.
1.In the case that a villa becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a prorated basis of the rental rate.
2.Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
3.Due to the limited amount of villas, we can not confirm any bookings until a 50 % deposit is received.
Amber Villa is located at the edge of the development, on the hillside, allowing wide open views way into the distance across the village dwellings and grassland. Neighboured by only one other villa, Amber Villa’s impressive size gives a feeling of privacy and seclusion without being isolated. The purpose built estate is perfectly located around 1km from beautiful Nai Harn beach (a 2 minute drive, or a comfortable 15 minute walk) and within a short distance of a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars and many tourist activities, but far enough away not to have them destroy the tranquillity and peace so rarely found.
