Our rental rates are for the entire villa and mostly it will be x2 person/room. Villas are only to be occupied for the total agreed number of guests as per the booking confirmation, more person join require permission and extra charge may applied. However, parties, weddings or large gatherings require written permission from the villa owners/managers. Aslo, mostly villa rental rates included the taxes and servcie charges (subjected to the final offer).

For most of the villas the following standard practices apply: A 50% deposit is required within 3 days to hold a reservation. Reservations are not considered firm until the deposit and rental agreement form are received. A booking confirmation is sent to you upon receipt of the deposit. The balance of your payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date (60 days for Peak season). Be sure to check on deposit and cancellation policies on booking as specific villa the payment and cancellation terms may vary.

A security deposit is required just to make sure no damage will be haapen during your occupy. If it is happen by accident villa owner/manager will have a right to deduct some from the security deposit to cover the cost the repair to replace the item(s) it if needed, if no damage happen, this will be returned to you on the check out (some will return 1-2 weeks after check out). The security depsoit can be paid in cash on arrival or together when you made payment for the rental.
