The villa has four bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the pool level and is also equipped with a jacuzzi bath and a ceiling fan. The three other bedrooms are on the level below, two are large with queen sized beds and en-suite baths and showers, one is a smaller twin room with en-suite shower room. All have en-suite WC and sea views and there are is an additional WC on both the dining level and near the pool, as well as a poolside shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The adjacent dining room also has both air conditioning and ceiling fans and al fresco meals can be enjoyed outside on the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea beyond. The garden is lush and tropical with ponds full of fish, terrapins and tiny chirping frogs. At the entrance there is secure undercover parking for two cars.

Daily maid, laundry service, breakfast and airport transfers are included in the rental price. For a small extra fee we can arrange a Thai chef to come and cook lunch or dinner, although there are numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance, some of which are also happy to deliver food to the villa. Other nearby hotels include the exclusive Amanpuri on the headland just below the villa, The Chedi and Twin Palms. We can also arrange babysitting and rental car and driver if required at extra cost. Baan Sasima Villa is an oasis - the villa is not overlooked, yet is close to restaurants, night life and Phuket's most beautiful beaches. Scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing, sea kayaking and golf are just some of the activities within easy reach if you can ever tear yourself away from this villa and Phuket airport is only 25 minutes drive away. Our villa manager can be contacted to help with excursions and give tips on where to shop, spa treatments, Thai massage etc and our regularly updated guest book is also a mine of information.

• The occupancy of our villas is based on two persons per bedroom.
• Please note that all rates and details are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for each booking.

Payment Policies:
1. A deposit of 50% is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation. .
2. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to travel.
3. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require payment in full.
4. Failure to remit deposit or the balance in a timely manner may result in cancellation and fiscal penalties.

Security Deposit Policy:
A security deposit to cover possible damage or loss to the rental property will be taken by cash on arrival at the property. This will be used amendment fees for any extra services arranged, or to settle your final bill for the services payable local.

Insurance :
There is no personal accident insurance associated with the villa so you are advised to make your own arrangements. The owners will therefore not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by guest during their stay.

Please Note:
1.In the case that a villa becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a prorated basis of the rental rate.
2.Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
3.Due to the limited amount of villas, we can not confirm any bookings until a 50 % deposit is received.
