Centrally situated, the villa is in the grounds of the stunning Loch Palm and Red Mountain Golf Courses. Although you are surrounded by mountains and countryside, the villa is one of the most centrally located on the island, 10 minutes from the west coast of Phuket where all the main beaches are and also 10 minutes to the town of Patong with its beautiful beach, shops, restaurants and night life. 15 minutes to the south is Phuket Town with some of the best restaurants on the island.

The 'Central Festival' shopping mall and Tesco supermarket are located just 5 minutes drive away between Phuket Town and Patong for all your food and shopping needs. Both club houses at Loch Palm golf course and Red Mountain golf course are 2 minutes from the villa if you would like a quick drink or bite to eat, both clubhouses are open from 6.30am to 8pm all year round. Travel 10 minutes from the villa to the East Coast and you find the two main marinas, where many of the boat tours start from and from where you can tour the wonderful Andaman sea up to James Bond Island or down to the beautiful island of Phi Phi or you can go fishing for Tuna, snorkel with tropical fish or just find a quiet beach and relax in paradise. This beautiful villa is in the perfect location for you to make the most of your holiday in Phuket.

Management Office: Open daily from 9am to 6pm - the helpful staff are here to answer any questions that you might have on the villa and Phuket in general e.g. golf arrangements, what to see, where to eat, how to get to the beach etc. The team will also be happy to deal with any issues regarding the villa and are there to help make your holiday in Phuket as relaxing as possible.
Airport pickup & Car hire: For your convenience we can arrange an airport pickup. Car hire can also be arranged

Laundry & Cleaning: There is both a washing machine available in the villa plus an optional laundry service arranged on request by the management office
Maid services to clean the villa, change bed sheets etc can be arranged at the time of booking.
Entertainment: For your entertainment there is a large plasma TV, a DVD player, plus cable channels are installed which offers a full range of western channels including BBC,CNN,HBO,MTV and ESPN/STAR Sports showing live sport from around the world.
There is also a surround sound system and a cable to enable you to plug your iPod in.
Private Swimming pool: Have a swim or relax on the sun loungers overlooking your own private 15 meter swimming pool. The pool will be cleaned for you three times a week.
Wireless internet access: If you need to work then bring your laptop and connect to your corporate network with a dedicated ADSL line with wireless router. Wireless access is available in all rooms as well as by the pool.
Loch Palm Golf Course: The Loch Palm Golf Club Phuket, with 18 hole, par 72, has been built around Crystal Lake, the largest body of water on any Phuket golf course, the course has smooth slopes and dramatic elevation changes, taking you across and around ravines and plateaus that test all levels of skill.

The front nine holes sit among lakes and palm trees, while the second nine move you along though the mountains, hitting uphill and downhill with woods, irons and even your putter.
Security: In addition to the secure design of the villa itself, the site is guarded 24 hours a day, meaning that you can relax in a truly calm and peaceful environment.
Beaches and city tour

Phuket is a beautiful island of mountains and beaches. Car/motorbike rental is highly recommended to help you explore this large tropical island. The management office can also recommend to you a local tour guide.

• The occupancy of our villas is based on two persons per bedroom.
• Please note that all rates and details are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for each booking.

Payment Policies:
1. A deposit of 50% is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation. .
2. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to travel.
3. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require payment in full.
4. Failure to remit deposit or the balance in a timely manner may result in cancellation and fiscal penalties.

Security Deposit Policy:
A security deposit to cover possible damage or loss to the rental property will be taken by cash on arrival at the property. This will be used amendment fees for any extra services arranged, or to settle your final bill for the services payable local.

Insurance :
There is no personal accident insurance associated with the villa so you are advised to make your own arrangements. The owners will therefore not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by guest during their stay.

Please Note:
1.In the case that a villa becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a prorated basis of the rental rate.
2.Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
3.Due to the limited amount of villas, we can not confirm any bookings until a 50 % deposit is received.
