Holiday Offering:
Stay at Panwa, Phuket Luxury Holiday Rental Villa- All five bedrooms are large and luxurious, fully equipped with both air conditioning and handmade teak ceiling fans. They all have personal mini bar facilities and spacious marble finished bathrooms furnished with both large showers and double ended baths. In addition, three of the bedrooms also have an private open air bathroom. Four of the bedrooms have private balcony/terrace, two of the bedrooms also have a double sofa bed in addition to the main king-size bed increasing the accommodation from 10-14, ideally suited for children. All have separate seating/sofa. The bathrooms are designed in a clean and contemporary style. They are all very spacious and light with floor to ceiling opening doors and windows allowing the sun and cool winds to flow through. They are all marble lined, with solid marble sinks carved by hand. Villa Facilities:
Our rates include complimentary pick up to and from the airport. Daily housekeeping and laundry. Use of all of the amenities within the villa. A mid-week bedding change. Toiletries in the bathrooms and both indoor and outdoor towels.

Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before your arrival date you will just lose your deposit. Between 8 weeks and 4 weeks 50% and less than 4 weeks no refund will be made.

Payment Policies:
1. A deposit of 50% is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation. . 2. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to travel. 3. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require payment in full. 4. Failure to remit deposit or the balance in a timely manner may result in cancellation and fiscal penalties.
Security Deposit Policy:
A security deposit to cover possible damage or loss to the rental property will be taken by cash on arrival at the property. This will be used amendment fees for any extra services arranged, or to settle your final bill for the services payable local.
Insurance :
There is no personal accident insurance associated with the villa so you are advised to make your own arrangements. The owners will therefore not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by guest during their stay.
Please Note:
1.In the case that a villa becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a prorated basis of the rental rate. 2.Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. 3.Due to the limited amount of villas, we can not confirm any bookings until a 50 % deposit is received.
