At the north end of the pool is the private master villa suite complete with living area, bedroom and Jacuzzi with views over the Andaman sea. Behind the pool is the dining pavilion with an outdoor lounge which can accommodate a large party and at the southern end of the pool is the living room where guests can gather to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen is set behind these main living areas in a pavilion joined by a private library. This is the main living area for the estate. An elevator takes guests down to the Middle level which there are three separate guests’ quarters.

The Middle level provides ultimate privacy to the three separated living areas, each with their own infinity pool. At the north end of the Middle level with its own private entrance is a two bedroom suite divided by the infinity pool. The main bedroom has its own separate living room, sleeping area, large changing and wardrobe rooms and Jacuzzi and hidden shower overlooking the Andaman Sea. Across from the pool sits another large bedroom with large twin beds and separate bathroom.

From another entrance to the Middle level is a one bedroom suite with separate living area and private bathroom, Jacuzzi and infinity pool.

And a fourth bedroom suite with sleeping and living areas with outdoor infinity pool and Jacuzzi has an outdoor dining area for recreation with broad views over the sea. Behind this area, is a large room designed as the Villa’s main entertainment/media zone with in house security monitors and operations nearby.

The Lower level is set near the two car parking garage and the area includes the wine cellar, laundry, storage and two separate maid’s quarters, each also with sea views. But the feature of the Lower level is another guest suite with outdoor lotus pond, and enclosed living room with elevated bedroom, and Jacuzzi next to the large bath.

The Racha Ayara has six suites with sleeping areas and four infinity pools. The intricate and elegant design allows for privacy for family or guests who enjoy relaxing with full amenities yet also provides for large common entertainment areas.

The three levels of the Racha Ayara sit high above Ayara Bay hidden in the tropical trees of the estate. This property is perfect for a corporate retreat, or holiday home for a large extended family or group of close friends.
