We pride ourselves on the outstanding facilities available at Sabai Patong Villa, and combined with the all-inclusive package that we offer (refer our ‘Guide to Services’ page), we believe this makes Sabai Patong Villa truly outstanding value, and is what differentiates us from other Villas in Phuket.

Bedrooms
Comprising of 5 individual Thai–style bedroom Villas (including one larger ‘Master’ or ‘Honeymoon Suite’), each with attached bathrooms, and each with views across either the swimming pool, tropical gardens or views of Patong bay, the Villa is perfectly designed for a large family, or group of friends. The unique configuration of the rooms, as well as the various garden spaces and terraces spaced between the rooms affords the chance to be as sociable or as private as you wish. Temporary beds and cots are available as required.
 

Swimming Pool
The centre point of the entire complex is a large free-form salinated swimming-pool (3ft – 7ft deep). Plenty of sun-loungers and outdoor tables and chairs are spaced around the Villa. A large gas-fired barbeque is also provided for those pool side BBQ’s.

Games Room
The large games room is a perfect meeting place, evening or rainy day escape. With it’s own Private Bar (‘Shooters’), it comes complete with regulation Pool table, Dart Board, various Board Games, as well as a Large Screen Cable TV, stereo, DVD player, Sony Play-station II – as well as a selection of CD's, DVD's and video games. A unique feature of the Games Room is the viewing windows into the swimming pool, so you can see the underwater action as you relax downstairs!

Home Cinema
A great place to watch the latest movies on DVD, or the latest big sporting event, relax in your own private ‘Gold Class’ theatre. Relax in front of the huge 110” projection TV, outstanding surround sound, with luxurious reclining ‘La-Z-Boy’ seating for 10 guests. One of our most popular rooms with both adults and kids alike!

Gymnasium
Our large, fully equipped gymnasium has everything you need to keep you fit and feeling energized - with treadmill, exercise bike, cross-trainer, multi-gym, as well as yoga mats, medicine balls, skipping rope, punch bags, and free weights. The gym is fully air-conditioned, with en-suite bathroom.

PC and Internet
If you need to stay in touch with your business back home, we have a dedicated Study Room with a fully equipped high-end PC, Fax, Scanner & Printer. Sabai Patong Villa is also set up with a Broadband Wireless Internet connection, so if you bring your own laptop, you can surf the web anywhere in the Villa.

Full Maid Service
Three full-time resident maids will take care of all your needs, from daily laundry and preparing your rooms, to cooking and maintaining the Villa to the highest standards. We have a well equipped Kitchen serving some of the best Thai food on the Island. Don’t take our word for it – please see the ‘Guest Comments’ section.

Villa Manager ‘On-Call’
Our Villa Manager is fully English speaking, and of Thai nationality. She is well qualified, having worked in the service and hospitality industry in Thailand for many years. Please feel free to speak to her about anything – from organising parties and special events for loved ones, to trips and restaurant bookings, flight changes, etc. Nothing is too much trouble – in the past we have even arranged for a baby elephant to visit the Villa!

Food & Drinks
All basic meals are included in the price of your stay. Our cooks are exceptional, and we consistently get great feedback on the quality of the food from guests – in fact it is one of the main reasons people return to stay with us again and again! Any non-standard items (e.g. steak or fresh lobster) are chargeable, but only at cost price, as bought from the local market. A complimentary ‘first’ case of beer and a range of soft drinks and plenty of water are provided on arrival. Other drinks and alcohol are charged at cost price.

Transportation
A complimentary 7-seater van with driver is provided to you for up to 5 hours a day, and extendable at minimal cost if you need it for longer. The cost of Airport Transfers is also all-included in your daily rate (up to 2 different pick-up times per group).

• No pets allowed
• The occupancy of our villas is based on two persons per bedroom.
• Please note that all rates and details are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for each booking.

Payment Policies:
1. A deposit of 50% is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation. .
2. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to travel.
3. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require payment in full.
4. Failure to remit deposit or the balance in a timely manner may result in cancellation and fiscal penalties.

Security Deposit Policy:
A security deposit to cover possible damage or loss to the rental property will be taken by cash on arrival at the property. This will be used amendment fees for any extra services arranged, or to settle your final bill for the services payable local.

Insurance :
There is no personal accident insurance associated with the villa so you are advised to make your own arrangements. The owners will therefore not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by guest during their stay.

Please Note:
1.In the case that a villa becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a prorated basis of the rental rate.
2.Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
3.Due to the limited amount of villas, we can not confirm any bookings until a 50 % deposit is received.
