Once guests make their way through the solid timber door way they will immediately feel at ease in this spacious and well thought out apartment. The lower level uses the available space advantageously to allow an open plan living incorporating the fully equipped western kitchen, indoor dining for 6 as well as the lounge / living space which seamlessly connects with the covered outdoor decks, dining area and sun bathing platform. Guest will be pleased to note that the apartments at Maan Tawan all face out onto the common area swimming pool and BBQ areas which are designed for basking in the sun or swimming a few laps to keep the heart rate up. The central BBQ area is both private and shaded for family get together at Christmas or just an afternoon BBQ.
The estate is secured by 24 hour guard services and to speak with PVH’s concierge services is simply a phone call away. Bang Tao Beach contains a number of very well known local restaurants and quaint island bars to enjoy a couple of sundowners. Golf, Horse Riding, Kids clubs, Banks and cafes are all within easy walking distance or a short drive.

SERVICES
• The maid will visit once daily to make sure to keep the villa clean and tidy and is available to address your service needs
• All Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days

• Chef service (Thai cuisine) on request and shopping list available (surcharge apply)
• In-Villa wine selection
• Concierge service for all tours and activities; private tours can also be arranged
• Car rental can be arranged with full insurance coverage, with or without driver

• The occupancy of our villas is based on two persons per bedroom.
• Please note that all rates and details are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for each booking.

Payment Policies:
1. A deposit of 50% is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation. .
2. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to travel.
3. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require payment in full.
4. Failure to remit deposit or the balance in a timely manner may result in cancellation and fiscal penalties.

Security Deposit Policy:
A security deposit to cover possible damage or loss to the rental property will be taken by cash on arrival at the property. This will be used amendment fees for any extra services arranged, or to settle your final bill for the services payable local.

Insurance :
There is no personal accident insurance associated with the villa so you are advised to make your own arrangements. The owners will therefore not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by guest during their stay.

Please Note:
1.In the case that a villa becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a prorated basis of the rental rate.
2.Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
3.Due to the limited amount of villas, we can not confirm any bookings until a 50 % deposit is received.
