Almost every room in The Penthouse Kata has magnificent sea views.  No matter if you’re relaxing on the shaded balcony listening to the waves as they roll calmly onto to Kata’s wonderful sandy beach, or cooling off sipping a cocktail in the infinity edge plunge pool, life doesn’t get much better than staying at Tasanee Penthouse.

The master bedroom is fitted with a large luxury Jacuzzi, separate his and her sinks, private rain shower, two large wardrobes, and a king size bed.

The Penthouse Kata also has two additional en-suite rooms with double sinks, rain shower, and two wardrobes in each room. One of the en-suite bedrooms has a king size bed and the other en-suite bedroom is fitted with two twin beds which can be used separately or together for an additional king size bed.

With a total of three bedrooms and four bathrooms, Tasanee Penthouse can easily accommodate six adults. Satellite TV on four flat screen TV’s, DVD, CD, and a Bose i-Pod Docking station, remote controlled climate control in all bedrooms and living areas are provided for your comfort convenience.

Electronic blinds keep out the sun for those long well deserved morning lay inn’s, as well as an electronic remote controlled shade over the pool help add protection from the sun for an extended time of cooling relaxation in the infinity-plunge pool.

A large State-of-Art contemporary designed Kitchen includes new Siemens oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a top of the line Fischer & Paykal stainless steel American sized refrigerator.

Hungry don’t want to cook or go out? No problem room service is provided by the hotel next door. Need a massage, or Spa treatment, these too are offered from our Hotel neighbor.

Child Safety: Having two children themselves, the owners of The Penthouse Kata have made extensive provisions to child proof the Penthouse. These provisions while extensive still rely on the children’s parents, guardians to be responsible care givers. If you have children, The Penthouse Kata has taken measures to help ensure their safety. Please do consider child safety when looking at your holiday rental property.

• The occupancy of our villas is based on two persons per bedroom.
• Please note that all rates and details are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for each booking.

Payment Policies:
1. A deposit of 50% is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation. .
2. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to travel.
3. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require payment in full.
4. Failure to remit deposit or the balance in a timely manner may result in cancellation and fiscal penalties.

Security Deposit Policy:
A security deposit to cover possible damage or loss to the rental property will be taken by cash on arrival at the property. This will be used amendment fees for any extra services arranged, or to settle your final bill for the services payable local.

Insurance :
There is no personal accident insurance associated with the villa so you are advised to make your own arrangements. The owners will therefore not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by guest during their stay.

Please Note:
1.In the case that a villa becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a prorated basis of the rental rate.
2.Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
3.Due to the limited amount of villas, we can not confirm any bookings until a 50 % deposit is received.
