Villa Cape Kamala comes with its own live-in staff. A car and driver can also be arranged for the duration of your stay.

The villa is a unique ultra modern contemporary design, which maximizes the exquisite natural features of the site from the magnificent ocean views to the west, the majestic granite rock formation that forms the north boundary of the villa site to the natural forest that covers the Kamala headland.

You enter the villa along steps, which lead through a sloping tropical garden before crossing the entrance pond into an expansive, open-plan living area. This tranquil design features 18m long glass doors that slide back to provide a natural flow from the entrance garden, through the living area, across the pool deck and on to the magnificent views of the Andaman Sea.

The level above the main living area is the main bedroom wing housing four en-suite bedrooms with all bedrooms and bathrooms having unobstructed panoramic sea views. The level below the main living area consists of a large family room, with a 52inch TV, a table tennis table, a futball table and a small bar area as well as 2 further en-suite bedrooms also with sea views. The lower level has a massage area and adjacent Jacuzzi bath with spectacular views through the tree canopy to the sea.

Guests can also enjoy their own private access to the sea front from the family room along an elevated timber walkway weaving through the natural forest canopy to the background sounds of running water from the adjacent mountain stream.

The villa has been built into the rock face along the North boundary and the granite rock formation provides a unique and spectacular natural wall to the villa. The mix of cutting edge technology, modern design and natural beauty results in a remarkable and unique property.

• The occupancy of our villas is based on two persons per bedroom.
• Please note that all rates and details are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for each booking.

Payment Policies:
1. A deposit of 50% is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation. .
2. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to travel.
3. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require payment in full.
4. Failure to remit deposit or the balance in a timely manner may result in cancellation and fiscal penalties.

Security Deposit Policy:
A security deposit to cover possible damage or loss to the rental property will be taken by cash on arrival at the property. This will be used amendment fees for any extra services arranged, or to settle your final bill for the services payable local.

Insurance :
There is no personal accident insurance associated with the villa so you are advised to make your own arrangements. The owners will therefore not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by guest during their stay.

Please Note:
1.In the case that a villa becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a prorated basis of the rental rate.
2.Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
3.Due to the limited amount of villas, we can not confirm any bookings until a 50 % deposit is received.
