The villa is unique because there are not many private villas available in Surin so close to the beach. Most of the villas are located far away on the hillside, and you will need a car to get to the beach. The development, of which this villa is part, is closer to the beach than any other resort or villa on the main Surin Beach.

The villa comprises a secluded master suite that takes up the entire top floor, 80 square meters of romantic space away from guests and children, where you can soak away in the ocean-facing spa tub or relax on the private sun deck and day bed.

Down one floor is the open-plan living and dining room with full-length doors that open out onto a terrace with infinity pool and a tropical sala. The fully-equipped Western-style kitchen is also on this floor. This level and the master suite are fully wired, both for sound and the Internet, which means you can sit out in the sala, listen to music while you surf online.
There are also two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the bottom level, with full and open views and private balconies. The house also has a study/TV room with ensuite toilet on another floor that can be used as a fourth bedroom.

The villa has its own wireless network and broadband Internet and. Set in landscaped gardens, it is part of a luxurious development that includes eight other houses managed by Knight Frank. The estate is under 24-hour security. The villa has a two-car garage and a maid that comes three times a week.

• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for each booking.

Payment Policies:
1. A deposit of 50% is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation. .
2. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to travel.
3. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require payment in full.
4. Failure to remit deposit or the balance in a timely manner may result in cancellation and fiscal penalties.

Security Deposit Policy:
A security deposit to cover possible damage or loss to the rental property will be taken by cash on arrival at the property. This will be used amendment fees for any extra services arranged, or to settle your final bill for the services payable local.

Insurance :
There is no personal accident insurance associated with the villa so you are advised to make your own arrangements. The owners will therefore not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by guest during their stay.

Please Note:
1.In the case that a villa becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a prorated basis of the rental rate.
2.Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
3.Due to the limited amount of villas, we can not confirm any bookings until a 50 % deposit is received.
