This beautifully appointed luxury villa stands on just under 1000 square metres of land and comprises four en-suite bedrooms, substantial living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and maid’s quarters comprising a laundry with washer and dryer. Outside you will find the traditional Thai sala which is furnished with a fabulous day bed and two ottomans and is perfect for relaxing beside the 10-metre pool and Jacuzzi.

The Villa has been beautifully furnished by renowned Bali-based interior designer Anom, with contemporary furnishings throughout giving it a lovely spacious and clean feel. All bedrooms are finished with high quality linen and beddings and the bathrooms are adorned with luxuriant over-sized bath towels. The master bedroom suite also incorporates a fully equipped massage room for guests to enjoy.
The living room is furnished with stylish sofas, chairs and ottomans and enjoys a 50 inch plasma TV for those who like to stay in touch with the “real” world or simply enjoy a movie; there is also a DVD/VCD machine. The attached dining room has a modern 8-seater setting with adjacent bar overlooking the open kitchen. There are myriad dining options at your doorstep in Bang Tao and surrounding areas, but should you wish to dine in you will find high quality crockery, cutlery and glassware to satisfy the most discerning guests.

Outside, you will also find an 8-seater dining setting for more relaxed occasions or simply for enjoying the luxuriant garden setting and superb Thai weather. There is also an outdoor bar that can be used for cocktail parties or to enjoy a relaxed drink.

Payment Policies:
1. A deposit of 50% is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation. .
2. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to travel.
3. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require payment in full.
4. Failure to remit deposit or the balance in a timely manner may result in cancellation and fiscal penalties.

Security Deposit Policy:
A security deposit to cover possible damage or loss to the rental property will be taken by cash on arrival at the property. This will be used amendment fees for any extra services arranged, or to settle your final bill for the services payable local.

Insurance :
There is no personal accident insurance associated with the villa so you are advised to make your own arrangements. The owners will therefore not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by guest during their stay.

Please Note:
1.In the case that a villa becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a prorated basis of the rental rate.
2.Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
3.Due to the limited amount of villas, we can not confirm any bookings until a 50 % deposit is received.
