Talaefun Villa, a beautiful six bedroom villa sitting atop a hill with stunning 270 degrees views. Accessed by a private road, this superb villa offer magnificent 270 degree views across Kamala Bay and beyond. This traditional pavilion styled villa is designed for Holiday Villa with a dumb waiter to take your luggage from the parking area, and an elevator serving the two living area levels. The pavilions are set around a courtyard with palm trees and lawns. Six individually styled bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Talaefun Villa is looked after by full time live-in staff consisting of a house manager, who speaks English, one cook, 2 maids and one gardener. Trained to anticipate your needs, they will look after you with an infectious blend of Thai graciousness and charm. The house manager, is available to answer questions, make reservations, and provide an unbeatable level of truly personal service.
Food is prepared complimentary and all ingredients are charged at local market rates.

The kitchen has all the best equipment and is air-conditioned but the staff on hand are able to provide meals with prior arrangement should you require this.
The pool is an L-shaped infinity edged pleasure with a spa section. It is a constant 5 feed deep except in the spa area. The views from the edge require nothing more than a chilled drink with a cherry or an olive. A dozen or so pool chairs and umbrellas provide added comfort and shade. The adjacent sala is the perfect place for breakfast or a light lunch.

The Master bedroom is on this level and is plush in it's serenity and is the only room with a Spa bath. The guest rooms are situated with 2 rooms overlooking the Andaman sea and 3 overlooking Kamala Bay. All rooms have teak and lumphur wood interiors, full air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower.

• The occupancy of our villas is based on two persons per bedroom.
• Please note that all rates and details are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for each booking.

Payment Policies:
1. A deposit of 50% is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation. .
2. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to travel.
3. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require payment in full.
4. Failure to remit deposit or the balance in a timely manner may result in cancellation and fiscal penalties.

Security Deposit Policy:
A security deposit to cover possible damage or loss to the rental property will be taken by cash on arrival at the property. This will be used amendment fees for any extra services arranged, or to settle your final bill for the services payable local.

Insurance :
There is no personal accident insurance associated with the villa so you are advised to make your own arrangements. The owners will therefore not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by guest during their stay.

Please Note:
1.In the case that a villa becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a prorated basis of the rental rate.
2.Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
3.Due to the limited amount of villas, we can not confirm any bookings until a 50 % deposit is received.
