Set in a secure private estate ensuring maximum security and privacy with each villa providing its own private swimming pool.
 

Gracefully clinging to the edge of a private peninsula, Ruby Red Holiday Villa offers the ultimate in Luxury Phuket Villa rental. Our Villas feature elegant design, rich furnishings, and stunning views over Patong Harbor. A spacious outdoor dining area and poolside sunning areas complement this outdoor decking. Included are 2 full time live-in staff, trained to anticipate your needs, they`ll look after you during your stay with an infectious blend of Thai graciousness and charm. The Estate`s English speaking operations manager acts as your dedicated guest relations officer.

Living Rooms
The living, lounge room on the lower deck also opens onto the pool area and has a 50 inch plasma TV to watch a wide selection of movies or you're favorite sport with family and friends. The main living, dining area has a large modern kitchen and seating which opens onto the spacious pool deck for lazing the day away or improving you're tan on the private deck.
Bedrooms
The villa comprises 3 double bedrooms, furnished to a high standard with each having sea views and en-suite bathrooms, TV and DVD players are also provided in each bedroom. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Study room (can be used as an additional room for one small child). This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. The Villa is perfectly designed for a large family, or group of friends.
Swimming Pool
Outdoor Swimming Pool Set in the hillside overlooking Patong Beach. With plenty of sun-loungers and outdoor tables and chairs are spaced around the pool area.
PC and Internet
If you need to stay in touch with your business back home, we have a dedicated Study Room with a fully equipped high-end PC, Fax, Scanner & Printer. The villa is also set up with a Broadband Wireless Internet connection, so if you bring your own laptop, you can surf the web anywhere in the Villa.
Staff
The Villa comes with your own resident maid. The will take care of all your daily needs. Your private Villa manager speaks perfect English and will handle your personal needs such as restaurant bookings, tour and recommendations. But she is more than capable of arranging afternoon massages and even more exotic things like poolside cabarets for your party or a baby elephant to entertain the children. Just let us know. • The occupancy of our villas is based on two persons per bedroom.
• Please note that all rates and details are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for each booking.

Payment Policies:
1. A deposit of 50% is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation. .
2. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to travel.
3. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require payment in full.
4. Failure to remit deposit or the balance in a timely manner may result in cancellation and fiscal penalties.

Security Deposit Policy:
A security deposit to cover possible damage or loss to the rental property will be taken by cash on arrival at the property. This will be used amendment fees for any extra services arranged, or to settle your final bill for the services payable local.

Insurance :
There is no personal accident insurance associated with the villa so you are advised to make your own arrangements. The owners will therefore not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by guest during their stay.

Please Note:
1.In the case that a villa becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a prorated basis of the rental rate.
2.Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
3.Due to the limited amount of villas, we can not confirm any bookings until a 50 % deposit is received.
