Beautiful courtyard Holiday Rental Villa in Phuket set across three separate buildings with three double bedrooms, a garden and a private swimming pool.

Everything that you and your family could need from the famous beaches, Phuket town and Patong, to international shopping retailers, Thai temples and diving and fishing trips are all within 15 minutes drive of the villa.  Jump in a speedboat from Phuket and you can be taken snorkelling, diving, or to just enjoy a day lying on the beach and having lunch on one of the many stunning tropical islands in the Andaman Sea.
 
Holiday Offering:

Features of the Golfview Hoilday Rental Villa include high speed wireless internet connectivity, a fully equipped kitchen, a plasma TV with integrated sound system and a private 15m swimming pool. All rooms have air conditioning as well as fan units and all linens are provided. 

Managed services are offered to guests and the villa is very centrally located on the island within the grounds of the two stunning, par 72 Loch Palm golf courses.
 
Villa Facilities:

Management Office
Open daily from 9am to 6pm - the helpful staff are here to answer any questions that you might have on the villa and Phuket in general e.g. golf arrangements, what to see, where to eat, how to get to the beach etc. The team will also be happy to deal with any issues regarding the villa and are there to help make your holiday in Phuket as relaxing as possible.

Airport pickup & Car hire
For your convenience we can arrange an airport pickup. Car hire can also be arranged
• Airport pickup rate - Baht 1000 per trip.
Car rental - Baht 1200 per day - Honda Jazz (5 seater)

Laundry & Cleaning
There is both a washing machine available in the villa plus an optional laundry service arranged on request by the management office
Maid services to clean the villa, change bed sheets etc can be arranged at the time of booking.

Entertainment
For your entertainment there is a large plasma TV, a DVD player, plus cable channels are installed which offers a full range of western channels including BBC,CNN,HBO,MTV and ESPN/STAR Sports showing live sport from around the world.
There is also a surround sound system and a cable to enable you to plug your iPod in.

Private Swimming pool
Have a swim or relax on the sun loungers overlooking your own private 15 meter swimming pool.
The pool will be cleaned for you three times a week.

Wireless internet access
If you need to work then bring your laptop and connect to your corporate network with a dedicated ADSL line with wireless router. Wireless access is available in all rooms as well as by the pool.

Loch Palm Golf Course
The Loch Palm Golf Club Phuket, with 18 hole, par 72, has been built around Crystal Lake, the largest body of water on any Phuket golf course, the course has smooth slopes and dramatic elevation changes, taking you across and around ravines and plateaus that test all levels of skill.
The front nine holes sit among lakes and palm trees, while the second nine move you along though the mountains, hitting uphill and downhill with woods, irons and even your putter.

Security
In addition to the secure design of the villa itself, the site is guarded 24 hours a day, meaning that you can relax in a truly calm and peaceful environment.

Beaches and city tour
Phuket is a beautiful island of mountains and beaches. Car/motorbike rental is highly recommended to help you explore this large tropical island. The management office can also recommend to you a local tour guide.
 

Rental Terms & Conditions:

• No pets allowed
• The occupancy of our villas is based on two persons per bedroom.
• Please note that all rates and details are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for each booking.

Payment Policies:
1. A deposit of 50% is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation. .
2. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to travel.
3. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require payment in full.
4. Failure to remit deposit or the balance in a timely manner may result in cancellation and fiscal penalties.
Security Deposit Policy:
A security deposit to cover possible damage or loss to the rental property will be taken by cash on arrival at the property. This will be used amendment fees for any extra services arranged, or to settle your final bill for the services payable local.
Insurance :
There is no personal accident insurance associated with the villa so you are advised to make your own arrangements. The owners will therefore not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by guest during their stay.
Please Note:
1.In the case that a villa becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a prorated basis of the rental rate.
2.Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
3.Due to the limited amount of villas, we can not confirm any bookings until a 50 % deposit is received.

Location:

Thirty minutes from the airport and situated in the grounds of the two beautiful Loch Palm Golf Courses, the villa is located very centrally on the island and is around 2 miles from both Patong & Phuket Town.
You will be approximately 1 mile from the western style shopping malls and supermarkets including, Festival City, Index, Big C and Tesco/Lotus.
The villa is within five minute's walk to the Loch Palm golf clubhouse where you will find a bar and restaurant boasting a peaceful view over the golf course and crystal lake to the surrounding hills.
